Our client is an international manufacturer of furniture components. The company has an established position on the market and many years of tradition on the European market. Currently we are looking for an experienced professional for the below position:
Tasks
- proactive sales and supervision over customer service on domestic and international market
- deliver business growth, engagement and client satisfaction
- lead and coach a sales and customer service team (appr. 5 people)
- market research and business planning
- planning and implementation of marketing activities
- conducting business meetings and negotiations
- preparation of commercial offers and documentation
- creation of pricing policy and supervision over calculation of products’ prices
- cooperation with the production management
- supervision over entering customer orders into the system
Requirements
- experience on a similar position in B2B market (experience in cooperation with furniture manufacturers will be an additional asset)
- willing to travel a lot in Poland and abroad (after the end of pandemic restrictions)
- English command – min. B2, upper intermediate
- German language will be an advantage
- strong result orientation
- solid self-confidence and good presentation skills
- driving license
