Our client is an international FMCG manufacturing company. It has over 10 production plants across Europe and is recognized an important player within the market it competes on. The annual turnover exceeds 1 bln Euro. Due to internal promotion of an employee we are searching for an exceptionally skilled candidate for a position:
Tasks
- Group level strong financial support for the supply chain department embracing purchasing and logistics of materials in several countries in EU,
- Contribution to business decision by translating of ideas into financial picture: current business suggestions for optimizations, change, improvements; business cases related to new business opportunities
- Financial planning process realization including: coordination of business input ; translation of input into financial effects; follow up on budget realization by preparation of Forecasts and Actual results reports and analysis and presentation of variances
- Contribute to continue developing harmonized standard reporting on relevant data including a meaningful commentary in order to provide transparent, objective and comparable view on business development and its main drivers: purchasing volume reporting; price reporting; reporting of variance analysis
- Be part of group wide or local project teams responsible for realization of functional or cross-functional business development tasks
- Take an active part in building future systems supporting the business in the area.
Requirements
- Min 5 years’ experience on a similar position (analyst/controller),
- Studies in finance/business management
- Fluent in English (oral and in written) – all reports in English, company language is English
- B cat driving license is needed;
- SAP experience is advantageous
- Good business understanding/commercial sense
- Developed communication skills due strong business interface
