Thanks to the synergy of science and modern business approach the company is continuously and dynamically increasing its range of customers across the Globe. Due to genuine development of the company we are searching for candidates for a position:

Sales Development Manager

Tasks
  • Develop sales and increase market share to drive profitable growth on domestic and international market
  • Acquire new customers and proactively respond to sales leads (RFQ)
  • Carry out complex business negotiations
  • Cooperate closely with engineering department in case of custom-made offers
  • Monitor the market and take initiatives to address new business challenges and opportunities
  • Attend trade fair and represent the company during relevant events
  • Establish and maintain long term partnerships with the customers
Requirements
  • Experience on a similar position in technical industry
  • Proven ability to gain new customers
  • Enthusiasm, energy and “can do” attitude
  • Strong result orientation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility & ablility to work in a changing environment
  • Availability for business trips in Poland and abroad
  • English command – min. B2, upper intermediate
