Our client is an international machine equipment manufacturing company. It has over 10 production plants across the Globe and is recognized as an important player within the market it competes on. The annual turnover exceeds 500 mln Euro. We are searching for an exceptionally skilled candidate for a position:
Tasks
- Preparing sales analysis and creating appropriate reports (e.g. collecting information on selected key customers, analysing sales transactions in range of product items, pricing and profitability and preparing suitable reports for the senior management level in the organization)
- Support in administrating the commercial projects and initiatives conducted by the Head of Sales & Distribution and its organization (e.g. contract standardization, introducing induction programs for new employees, research activities)
- Requesting for and collecting information required in specific business cases, making analysis and elaboration of suitable reports
- Provide a professional support to the Head of Global Sales & Distribution and its organization – timely planning and organizing of business meetings, calls, events and business trips (temporal task within appr. 1st year of work)
- Preparing cost and expense reports
- Managing relevant functions and information flows in the CRM
- Actively contributes to building professional attitude and culture of collaboration by giving best advice, sharing experience, finding new solutions and new method of working
Requirements
- Experience on a similar position (analyst/customer service), preferably in international environment
- At least bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration or Law
- Fluent in English (oral and in written) – all reports are in English which is a corporate official language
- Skilled in usage of IT tools, excellent level of skills in usage of Microsoft Office and other analytical tools
- Business understanding/commercial sense
