Our customer is a large manufacturer operating on various industrial markets. The company as a group has recently launched a large scale continuous improvement program which covers several areas of business optimization (e.g. BI, AI, lean management, etc.). We are currently searching for a person that will be a part this process on the group level and will take the position of:
Tasks
The Finance Business Partner works closely with senior management in developing architecture of financial reporting and financial excellence across several companies withing the group. Detailed tasks include:
- Unification of financial reporting across various units within the group
- Developing unified and flexible cash flow policies
- Leading various projects referring to controlling, treasury, accounting & tax
- Coordinating best practices exchange program
- Enhancing business partnerships culture through supporting business decision making processes
- Driving implementation of advanced digital solutions (BI, AI, etc.)
Requirements
- Experience on a similar position in a production environment
- Excellent communication skills (multiple interactions with various people)
- Good organizational and leadership skills (driving several projects at the same time)
- Dynamism, flexibility and proactive approach
- Good general business understanding
- English language command, min. upper intermediate / B2
