Our customer is an international company operating on various markets across the globe. One of its subsidiaries is located in Poland – a large and well-stablished manufacturer in FMCG industry with annual turnover exceeding 1bln PLN. We are looking for an experienced professional for the below position:
Tasks
- Overall supervision of financial condition of the company on a strategic level
- Contributing to most important decisions, including future acquisitions (M&A) and long range business planning
- Establish a bridge between Polish entity and international environment within the Group
- Introduce and control key financial performance indicators for Polish organization
- Secure financial liquidity and proactively look for optimal solutions within treasury management
- Supervise risk management (currency, political, industrial, economic cycles, etc.)
- Cooperate with capital market institutions including either state and vendors
- Contribute to operational excellence and develop fintech solutions
- Reporting non-executive board of directors and superiors within the Group structure
Requirements
- Experience on a similar position, preferably in either international or Polish company
- Experience in mergers or acquisitions will be a strong advantage
- Experience in a listed company will be a strong advantage
- Fluent in English (oral and in written)
- Excellent business understanding/commercial sense
