Our client is an international manufacturer of specialized machines for the industrial (chemical, mining, oil & gas, shipyards, etc.) and construction applications. The company is a global leader and pioneer in the design and manufacture of produced solutions. Some of the offered machines are regular, catalogue products but large part of the sales is based tailor-made (design to manufacture) systems. Currently we are looking for an experienced professional for the below position:
Tasks
- cooperation with end users and distributors to oversee sales forecasts in accordance with the annual plan;
- visit existing customers, new customers, and distributors to support, influence and promote the sales of company’s products and services
- identify new business opportunities within the area of responsibility for both products and services
- establish quotation documents and customer agreements
- area’s order intake and invoicing budget for products and services
- plan, secure and carry out training of distributors and customers
- market research and business planning
- plan and implementation of area marketing activities in cooperation with sales manager and marketing manager for CEE region
- participate in the planning and implementation of trade fairs
- co-creation of pricing policy and pricing for products and services
- coordinate internal and external information regarding the responsible area
- support distributors in their marketing and sales within the responsible area
- maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, opportunities, and forecasting within the company CRM system
Requirements
- at least 5 years proven experience in sales of technical solutions within industrial environment
- technical, university degree or economics higher education
- good insight into international commercial regulations
- practical experience from business negotiations
- experience in sales activities outside Poland would be an advantage
- English language proficiency – min. B2, upper intermediate
- strong result orientation
- active driving license and ability to travel more than 50% of working hours
