Our corporate experience dates back to 2004. The founder of OPTIVO consulting, Adam Pokrzywniak, had spent the first 6 years of his career working as a consultant and a manager for two prominent HR consulting agencies. He moved on to start OPTIVO consulting in 2010. This way, he had the opportunity to manage and supervise several hundred recruitment projects in person. These projects involved mainly recruiting managers — including board members and managing directors — for many Polish and international companies. The diversity of the managed projects and the success that came with them let him gain expert knowledge in the field of HR management with a particular focus on recruitment practice. We would like to stress, however, that the methods we use are not imitations of other companies’ solutions. We take advantage of our own original formulas to reach out to and choose the best people there are
We are not a large enterprise, nor do we intend to become one. This helps us make quick decisions, act in a flexible manner, and provide a uniform and high quality of service. Each and every client is equally important to us.
We manage recruitment projects based on predefined standards and procedures, which guarantees the same — top — quality of the services we offer. Both search for and selection of applicants involve the use of methods that let us provide our clients with detailed information on the progress of each project. We’re able to determine the rate of penetration of the target market of applicants at every stage of the recruitment process.
Our direct search methods let us reach exactly those applicants who fulfil the requirements concerning specific professional experience. The structured interviews we use in our practice enable us to assess one’s qualifications and suitability for a given recruitment process in a precise manner. As we employ at least two diagnostic tools to verify the competences of our applicants, we’re able to offer qualification reports of high predictive validity.
We’re uncompromising in carrying out each one of our recruitment projects, never giving up on finding the right applicant. Some of our projects have required us to contact over 500 applicants, although the range of 100–200 is usually enough. We don’t give up if we face difficulties. Just the opposite — we intensify our efforts to succeed.
We don’t make promises we can’t keep. We don’t “whitewash” applicants. We present their skills and qualifications just as they area, according to performed tests and measurements.
