HR Business Partner

Our client is a large (several thousand employees) organization with a long history, operating in the construction & real estate sector. The company has several subsidiaries, is financially stable exceeding EUR 200 mln turnover (with a growing revenue trend in recent years), and has consistently expanded its operations. We are currently seeking candidates for the following position:

HR Business Partner

Tasks
  • Acting as an effective partner to the management team in executing business strategy
  • Supporting managers in building, maintaining, and developing their teams
  • Conducting key recruitment projects and coordinating the remaining ones
  • Providing active support to managers in various employee – related situations, including advisory support
  • Developing and implementing individual development plans, performance improvement plans, and advising on and enforcing corrective actions
  • Planning and overseeing the implementation of training policies, development discussions, recruitment processes, and internal communication
  • Analyzing labor market trends and HR metrics to develop new HR solutions
  • Creating a positive work environment and driving employee engagement
  • Managing employee onboarding processes
Requirements
  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner – work in the construction or manufacturing industry will be a big advantage
  • University degree in HR or a relevant field
  • Excellent knowledge of basic HR processes and labour law
  • Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to build relationships with people in various areas of the organization
  • Very good communication, organizational and consulting skills
  • English language command, min. intermediate / B1
  • Willingness to travel on business (driving license category B)
