Our Client is a leading provider of permanent elavators and associated vertical access equipment. The machines produced by our client are applied in various industrial sectors, including: oil&gas, power plants, warehouses & logistics centres, mines, chemical industry, ports & shipyards.
The key purpose of this role is to drive revenue and profitable growth for new equipment sales in Poland through proactive market development and execution of the regional strategic business plan. This includes identifying new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring Client’s technology is positioned competitively in the Polish market.
Tasks
- Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute a territory sales plan for Poland aligned with Industrial Division strategy.
• Identify, pursue, and close new equipment sales opportunities across key market segments.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions for new equipment orders.
- Market & Customer Engagement
Build and maintain long-term relationships with end users, consultants, architects, contractors, and industrial stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and product positioning within Poland.
• Provide market intelligence to the Regional Sales Director to support strategic planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Liaise with Product Management, Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate with internal functions on technical clarifications, compliance, product configuration, and delivery schedules (excluding After Sales).
- Commercial & Financial Accountability
Deliver annual sales targets for the Polish market.
• Ensure pricing discipline and adherence to Group commercial policy.
• Prepare business cases for major opportunities and investment requests.
Requirements
- Min. 2–3 years’ experience in B2B capital equipment, industrial machinery, construction machinery, or technical solution sales.
- A technical degree (mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or similar) is required, or equivalent experience in a technical sales environment.
- Technical understanding of mechanical/electrical equipment advantageous.
- Fluent Polish and strong English skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Poland.
