Currently, due to the company’s entry into the Polish market, we are seeking a candidate for a position:
Tasks
- Responsible for building the Polish branch’s development strategy and business plans
- Coordinating the implementation of the assigned branch
- Maintaining and developing business relationships, representing the company in contacts with key business partners.
- Evaluate and ensure the organization required to reach operational KPIs and targets
- Ownership of the country environmental performance
- Lead and inspire employees and help build a culture consistent with the organization’s values
- Be a local thought leader on green high-tech transportation infrastructure
- Secure the resources needed for the country unit to grow and develop
- Gain trust externally and internally to secure financing, partnership and clients
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in C-level role from within the industry responsible for the both business and technical areas, win and delivery experience with at least 100 MEUR total turnover of construction projects
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as civil engineering or road construction; an additional business or management degree would be a plus
- Strategic and financial planning, P&L responsibilities, and managing operational costs in a dynamic and competitive construction projects environment
- Fluent command of English
- Sustainability mindset and proven experience in integrating sustainability into business and technical decisions
- Experience of driving opinion and managing external stakeholders, good public speaking skills
- Very strong communication skills and experience working in an international team, preferably with reporting lines to a headquarters in another country
- Highly developed analytical thinking and data-based decision-making skills
