Our customer is an international FMCG manufacturer with over 100 years’ history. One of its production plants employing nearly 1000 people is located in Poland. The factory is continuously developing - several hundred new SKUs are launched every year. The company has recently introduced an investment plan which resulted in the World biggest factory in its industry in terms of production capacity. Due to that investment plan, we are looking for an experienced professional for the below position:
Tasks
- prepare recipes of new products and introduce the recipes into serial production in close cooperation with technology department
- lead projects from formula development through tests to manufacturing large scale implementation
- carry out experiments, test new materials and discover new formulas
- introduce and implement specific measures of problem solving and quality improvement methods
- coordinate small team of R&D specialist and technicians
- cooperate with Technology, Quality and Sales departments in quality and efficiency problems solving
- cooperate with HQ R&D department in terms of ingredients and recipes
- analyse and report KPIs
Requirements
- 7 years’ experience as an R&D / technology specialist, preferably in big and international organization with high quality standards
- technical degree (chemical, material science, pharma of food processing) or similar
- good command of English (oral and written) – Min. B1
- Hands-on approach and problem-solving skills
