Commercial Manager

Currently we are looking for an experienced professional for the below position:

Commercial Manager

Tasks
  • supervision over sales and customer service on domestic and international market including primarily Poland, Germany and Eastern Europe countries
  • developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • proactive sales – acquiring new customers
  • delivering business growth, engagement, and clients’ satisfaction
  • leading and coaching sales and customer service team (appr. 5 people)
  • market research and business planning
  • planning and implementation of marketing activities
  • conducting business meetings and negotiations
  • preparation of commercial offers and documentation
  • creation of pricing policy and supervision over calculation of products’ prices
  • cooperation with the production planning and management
  • supervision over entering customer orders into the system
  • attending trade fairs
  • active traveling, pro-customer meetings
Requirements
  • 3 years’ B2B sales experience in similar position (sales manager with team supervision)
  • willing to travel a lot in Poland and abroad
  • English and/ or German language proficiency – min. B2, upper intermediate
  • Russian language will be an advantage
  • strong result orientation
  • active driving license
