The employee will play a very important role in the organizational structure (reporting to CEO). The objective is to lead, strengthen and develop the area and Agri Center Poland in order to secure agricultural products supply from farmers. The specific tasks include:

• commercial and financial advice to growers
• supervision of contracting of crops and seeds
• segmentation of the market of the growers
• providing information to growers and stakeholders (farmers, unions, government) through personal meetings and with modern communication tools
• cross-country cooperation and interaction with other agri managers, including the Group HQ
• creating and controlling the annual supply plan
• handling of agri products intake during campaign (production peak period)

• agronomist or other relevant academic degree
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar management position (purchasing/contracting or sales) within the agriculture industry
• developed managerial skill – ability to set clearly defined objectives and identify and organize resources needed to accomplish tasks
• analytical mindset combined with strong result orientation and initiative taking
• excellent communication skills, preferably including public speaking
• fluent in English (oral and in written)
• driving license B Cat.
