Sales Development Manager (CE)

Our Client is a world-wide reputable steel construction manufacturer. The group comprises of several companies complementing each other competences, demonstrating high-volume production capacity on over 50.000 m2 production floor. Polish branch is highly independent and successful – sales volume dynamics of 30% year-to-year (last 5 years), exceeding annually 100 mln PLN turnover. Due to new European development plans we are looking for:

Sales Development Manager (CE)

Location: Whole Poland + Central Europe

Tasks
  • The Manager will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, account development
  • New customer acquisition within Polish (step 1) and foreign (step 2) market, covering primarily Poland and Central Europe
  • Preparation of trade offers and contracts
  • Providing expert lever advisory in terms of technical solutions
  • Maintaining good relationships with the customers
  • Co-operation with the Board in creating business and sales plan
  • Market and business intelligence
  • Active product promotion (exhibitions, social media, advertisements)
  • Providing new business ideas basing on the market trends
  • CRM oriented tasks management
  • Developing sales department
Requirements
  • Higher education in the technical field
  • Minimum 4 years of successful documented sales experience in the steel construction industry or construction/building industry
  • Experience in co-operation with builders merchants/developers and general contractors
  • Fluent Polish (native) and English language (German will be very welcomed)
  • Developed trading and negotiation skills
  • Technical competency and awareness in steel construction market
  • Ability to work with technical and construction documentation
  • Hardworking, motivation, self-reliance and discipline
  • Dynamic and target oriented approach
  • Availability and frequent traveling readiness
