Our customer is an international FMCG manufacturer with over 100 years’ history. One of its production plants employing nearly 1000 people is located in Poland. The factory is continuously developing - several hundred new SKUs are launched every year. The company has recently introduced an investment plan which resulted in the World biggest factory in its industry in terms of production capacity. Due to that investment, we are looking for an experienced professional for the below position:
HR Manager
Location: Rawicz surroundings - appr. 1h drive from Wrocław, 1,5h drive from Poznań,

Tasks
- Overall responsibility for HR policy for either manufacturing or sales & marketing departments
- Ensure the organizational structure is effective, flexible and supports the company’s development
- Support the management in field of HR (motivation, legal issues, recruitment & selection, etc.)
- Revise and develop jobs evaluation and the salary structure
- Develop talent management policy (recruitment, training & development, retention, etc.)
- Set up and support yearly performance reviews
- Setting up, controlling, and visualizing certain HR related KPIs and undertake actions aimed to reduce deviations in KPIs
- Prepare budget and plan headcount
- Manage HR team
- Manage HR projects (e.g., implement and/ or update the HR and payroll system, making and coordination of the career paths and succession plans)
- Supervise HR administration and payroll
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position preferably in a production company
- Good understanding of HR issues mentioned in above tasks description covering both “hard” and “soft” HR practices
- Fluent / upper intermediate English (oral and written)
- Experience in implementing changes and introducing practical HR policy solutions
- Excellent business understanding and result orientation
- Hands-on approach and analytical mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing skills required in implementation of changes
