Due to genuine development of the company we are searching for candidates for a position:
Tasks
- Lead sales development on domestic and international market
- Set targets, organize and support sales team
- Introduce the appropriate standards and culture to support current effectiveness and to keep dynamism and flexibility for further growth
- Acquire new key customers and maintain long term partnerships with the key accounts
- Carry out complex business negotiations
- Support smooth cooperation with engineering department in field of custom-made offers
- Monitor the market and take initiatives to address new business challenges and opportunities
- Attend trade fair and represent the company during relevant events
Requirements
- Experience on a similar position in technical industry
- Proven ability to gain new customers
- Developed set of managerial and leadership skills
- Enthusiasm, energy and “can do” attitude
- Strong result orientation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mind set and attention to details & deadlines
- Flexibility & ablility to work in a changing environment
- Availability for business trips in Poland and abroad
- English command – C1, advanced
