Currently we are looking for an experienced professional for the below position:
Tasks
- supervision over sales and customer service on domestic and international market including primarily Poland, Germany and Eastern Europe countries
- developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers
- proactive sales – acquiring new customers
- delivering business growth, engagement, and clients’ satisfaction
- leading and coaching sales and customer service team (appr. 5 people)
- market research and business planning
- planning and implementation of marketing activities
- conducting business meetings and negotiations
- preparation of commercial offers and documentation
- creation of pricing policy and supervision over calculation of products’ prices
- cooperation with the production planning and management
- supervision over entering customer orders into the system
- attending trade fairs
- active traveling, pro-customer meetings
Requirements
- 3 years’ B2B sales experience in similar position (sales manager with team supervision)
- willing to travel a lot in Poland and abroad
- English and/ or German language proficiency – min. B2, upper intermediate
- Russian language will be an advantage
- strong result orientation
- active driving license
