CEE Key Account Manager

Our customer is an international FMCG manufacturer. The company is a market leader in Europe and is has very strong competitive positions on other, especially mature global regions. It offers a wide variety of goods in non-food categories. Several hundred new SKUs are launched every year. Due to technological advantages and huge investment projects (including manufacturing automation) the company is rapidly developing and extending its capacity. Currently we are looking for an experienced professional for the below position:

CEE Key Account Manager

Location: Poland and surrounding countries

Tasks
  • Develop and execute the long term go-to-market strategy and targets for the Modern Trade channel – CEE KAM will be responsible for several key accounts on a HQs level (regional or global)
  • Translate the strategic plan into several key account plans
  • Manage small team of KAMs dedicated to particular customers
  • Establish long-term partnership with the key accounts in Modern Trade (mostly outside Poland) in order to move from supplier to partner through category leadership. Lead the customer and team by example
  • Identify and capture market opportunities as well as ways to innovate the product, service and the business model
  • Drive continuous improvement internally in the commercial processes (forecasting contracting, opportunity management)
  • Define and execute the sales policy, pricing policy and sales conditions to meet with the compliance standards
  • Report to CEE Sales Director
Requirements
  • More than 10 years of sales experience in FMCG business in Modern Trade retail (food or non-food); Account Management, dealing with contracts, negotiations, etc.
  • University degree
  • Fluent command of English (oral and written)
  • Business acumen and strong result orientation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset
