Senior Business Analyst (EMEA)

Our customer is a FMCG global producer providing superior goods in health and beauty industry. It’s market share in most mature markets places the company in a leading “top 3”.
The company is employing over 10,000 people worldwide and operates in North America, Latin America/Caribbean, EMEA and Asia Pacific, providing its products to customers in more than 100 countries around the world.
Currently we are looking for an exceptionally skilled candidate for a position:

Senior Business Analyst (EMEA)

Location: hybrid model (remote appr. 4 days/week + office meetings in Kraków)

Zadania

Reporting & providing analytical support for Sales and Marketing Department

  • Sales tracking (forecast vs actuals by countries by brands)
  • Monthly sales results (channels, brands, customers vs budget and forecast)
  • Data Warehouse/ Power BI based monthly reports (sku value, volume, profit; customers analysis)

Market Data

  • Sell-out reports based on data provided by external researchers for key countries: FR, PL, UK, IT and other customers’ internal data
  • Nielsen/ IRI market data reporting

Supply planning input or coordination (depends on experience) in cooperation with Sales, Supply & Customer Service

  • Contributing/ managing (depends on experience) forecasting process: input from countries, aggregation, communication to Supply (volume) and Management (value& volume)
  • Regular meetings with Supply Department

Microsoft Dynamics

  • Input/ management of pricing, trade allowances
Requirements
  • experience in an analytical role in business (e.g.: logistics, sales, marketing, etc.) or financial controlling
  • strong analytical skills
  • good spoken and written English
  • university degree (min. bachelor’s degree)
  • good knowledge of MS Office, especially XLS
  • willingness to work with innovative tools and solutions
