The roots of our experience go back to 2004. The founder of OPTIVO consulting, Mr Adam Pokrzywniak had previously worked as a consultant and manager in two well-known search & selection companies. During that period he had opportunity to carry out or supervise hundreds of recruitment processes. The projects were mainly concerned with search of managers, directors and board members for many international and local companies. The variety of recruitment process enabled him to gain expert knowledge in the field of HR management, with special emphasis on the recruitment processes. However, it should be noted that we do not copy other companies’ recruitment methods, OPTIVO consulting utilizes its our own recruitment methodology to find the best candidates possible.
